Volunteer Opportunities
If you are not sure where to volunteer, MSA is here to help! And as always remember that volunteering with us or any events counts towards our goal!

A drop-in center for homeless youth.
2. Local Matters (http://www.local-matters.org/)
Local Matters is a not-for-profit based in Central Ohio whose mission
is to transform the food system to be more secure, prosperous, just
and delicious.
3. Habitat for Humanity

For this you need to go on that website and sign up for an hour long
orientation, and they will take it from there.

5. Project Downtown

6. Visiting Muslim Patients
Visit Muslim patients at the OSU Medical Center. Contact Reem Aboomar
at aboomar.1@buckeyemail.osu.edu to help!
7. Noor Islamic Cultural Center (http://www.noorohio.org/)
Contact center contact@noorohio.org and give them your contact
information, general information, when and how much you are willing to
volunteer!
8. Sunrise Academy (info@sunriseacademy.net or 614-5270465)
If you are interested in helping out and gaining hours, they would be
more than happy to have an extra hand.
9. St. Jude’s Rally against
Cancer(https://apps.stjude.org/EmailForms/jsp/ta_events_form.jsp)
They have event and volunteer opportunities all around the country, it
varies by time.
10. Make A Wish Foundation (http://donate.wish.org/volunteer)
With this, basically you sign up and if you have a large amount enough
of people they designate you to certain events in your area. They have
some single, smaller scale volunteer opportunities also.
